On behalf of our client, a well-established and leading importer and distributor of motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and related products in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Manager to join its operations team in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse while leading and developing a dedicated warehouse team.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operation, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team coordination. This hands-on leadership role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong people management skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high operational standards.

The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company standards are consistently followed while continuously improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily warehouse operation and ensure efficient workflow across all warehouse activities.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team while allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, dispatching, and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage goods receiving, product inspections, stock placement, and inventory movements.
• Organize and supervise regular stock counts while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers between company locations and ensure accurate system records.
• Manage product returns and ensure proper documentation and handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor the correct use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
• Utilize ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse documentation to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and service levels.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a similar operational role.
• Proven experience leading and supervising warehouse teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, stock movements, and stock counts.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanning technology.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support operational activities when required.

What the Company Offers

• Gross annual salary of €24,000–€27,000 (including the 13th salary).
• 13th Salary.
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–13:00 & 14:00–18:00.
• 20 working days of annual leave, including the company's annual two-week shutdown in August.
