Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and logistics activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, timely deliveries and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and coordinate stock counts and reconciliations.
• Plan and manage replenishment of retail stores and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Coordinate local shipments, transport providers, freight forwarders and customs clearance.
• Lead, supervise and develop the warehouse team, including recruitment, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, security and warehouse organisation.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, costs, productivity and stock losses.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Work closely with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Store teams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems or similar software
• Experience with international imports, freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
