Warehouse Supervisor

Varnavas Hadjipanayis Ltd (VHP Ltd) is one of the leading and most reputable companies in Cyprus, founded in 1963. The company operates across a diverse range of market segments, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Clinical and Infant Nutrition, Food Supplements, Oral Health Care, Optics, Cosmetics and Fragrances, and FMCG.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and ensure the accurate flow of products from receiving and storage through to order preparation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Support stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation, including batch and expiry-date management.
• Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring productivity, efficiency and adherence to company procedures.
• Coordinate order preparation and ensure accurate and timely deliveries across Cyprus.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, health & safety and product handling standards.
• Monitor warehouse space, equipment and operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in stock counts, investigate discrepancies and assist with the preparation of operational reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Procurement and other departments to ensure smooth product flow.
• Ensure the accurate and consistent use of ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with the implementation and monitoring of warehouse procedures and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years' relevant warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Food, Healthcare or Medical Devices will be considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a warehouse team.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or warehouse management systems.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Forklift licence and/or experience operating warehouse equipment will be considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, responsible and hands-on approach.
