iMinder's Recruitment department, acting on behalf of a leading consumer goods company with a vast portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is accepting applications for the following position. The position is located in Nicosia.

 

Position: Warehousing and Distribution Operations Manager (ΚΩΔ: WD26001)

 

Key Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree, preferably with specialization in Logistics/Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain & Operations Management/Business Administration or other related degree

·       Master's degree preferably with specialization in Logistics/Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain & Operations Management/Business Administration or other related degree will be considered an additional qualification

·       Professional certifications from recognized bodies (e.g., European Logistics Association or equivalent) will be considered a plus

·       5–10 years of experience in multi-site logistics or distribution operations management

·       Excellent use of PC and Microsoft Office

·       Knowledge of ERP system

·       Knowledge of BI, TMS, WMS systems will be considered an additional qualification

·       Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

 

Indicative Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Identifying cross-site performance gaps and systemic inefficiencies

·       Resolving day-to-day operational issues before escalation to Director level

·       Leading structured corrective action tracking and follow-up

·       Managing cross-departments operational cooperation

·       Executing Warehouse and Distribution operations changes

·       Ensuring full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

·       Enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all distribution activities

·       Ensuring consistency in productivity, service levels, and execution standards

·       Enforcing performance standards and behavioral expectations

·       Supporting development of Regional Distribution Centers Supervisors

·       Conducting structured one-to-one performance reviews of Warehouse and Distribution Supervisors

·       Support succession planning and capability development across Regional Distribution Centers leadership

·       Monitoring operational performance across all Regional Distribution Centers
