Duties:

·         Customer Service through phone, emails and social media messages.

·         Preparing online orders. Sorting, packaging and sending orders.

·         Uploading products on the company’s website.

·         Ensuring consistency of the company’s Tone of Voice.

·         Writing communication skills in Greek and English.

·         Communicate any technical issues to website developers for solutions.

·         Sustain a positive atmosphere that inspires and energises.

·         Develop product knowledge of merchandise on continues basis.

Qualifications:

·         Ability to work in teams.

·         Self-motivated with high performance and achievement orientation.

·         Greek and English languages are essential.

The following will be considered as strong benefits, but not essential:

• Work experience in similar positions.

• Knowledge of Photoshop will be considered an advantage.

• Knowledge and interest in fashion.
