Wedding and Events Coordinator
Job Description
Requirements:
· Previous experience in similar positions within the industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organizational skills
· Excellent knowledge of English language- any additional language will be considered an advantage
· Greek or other language will be considered as an advantage
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Flexible schedule
Duties:
· Coordinate all aspects of overseas weddings from initial enquiry through to the wedding day
· Preparation of all necessary administrative work
· Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations for the event or wedding
· Assist clients in choosing themes, venues, vendors (florists, photographers, etc.), and other services
· Manage the event flow, ensuring all activities run on time
· Provide support and guidance to clients during the event, addressing any last-minute changes or challenges
· Check the event venue, ensuring everything is arranged according to plan
· Act as the main point of contact for all involved parties, resolving any issues or emergencies
· Coordinate a wide range of hotel events, including corporate meetings, conferences, gala dinners, private celebrations, and seasonal events
· Duty Manager shifts
· Any other duties as assigned by the Management
