Reports To: Head Wellness Attendant; in their absence, to the Assistant Wellness Manager and then to the Wellness & Recreation Manager.

Job Profile:
The Wellness Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service across all wellness areas, including the Spa, Pools, and Fitness facilities.
In this role, you will support daily operations by ensuring all areas are well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with the company’s luxury service standards, while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Job Description:
· Clean and maintain all assigned wellness areas in accordance with established standards and checklists
· Ensure spa, pool, and fitness facilities are consistently clean, organized, and fully operational
· Monitor and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
· Assist with opening and closing procedures in coordination with Housekeeping and Wellness teams
· Welcome guests and support the reception team by preparing welcome drinks and post-treatment refreshments
· Provide guests with information about wellness facilities and services
· Promote and upsell wellness services and facilities in line with company standards
· Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to the reception or management team
· Observe pool areas and ensure safety regulations are followed at all times
· Report any accidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly
· Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any repair needs
· Maintain accurate inventory records and operational documentation
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing training sessions
· Support a positive team environment and maintain effective communication across departments
Person Specification:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, wellness, spa, or fitness environments
· Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and operational standards
· Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Good organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
· Physically fit and able to lift up to 13 kg
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts
· Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
· Fluent in English and Greek
