Department: Wellness

Reports To: Head Wellness Receptionist; in their absence, to the Assistant Wellness Manager and then to the Wellness & Recreation Manager.
Location: Ararat – The Signature Collection

Job Type: Full-time

 

Job Profile:

The Wellness Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, relaxing, and highly professional environment.

In this role, you will manage guest interactions, coordinate appointments, and support daily spa operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional wellness experience.

 

Job Description:

·        Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival and departure with a professional and friendly approach

·        Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding Wellness & Spa services, pricing, and availability

·        Guide guests in selecting treatments based on their needs and preferences

·        Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa booking systems

·        Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records

·        Coordinate with therapists and spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations

·        Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary

·        Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue

·        Prepare monthly inventory reports for professional and retail products

·        Compile weekly and monthly KPI reports and wellness performance statistics

·        Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards

 

Person Specification:

·        High school diploma or equivalent

·        Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or guest service role within spa, salon, or hospitality environments

·        Experience within a luxury hospitality or wellness setting will be considered an advantage

·        Proficiency in booking or scheduling systems is considered an asset

·        Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

·        Impeccable attention to detail with a polished and professional appearance

·        Ability to remain composed, efficient, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment

·        Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable

 

Work Environment:

·        Fast-paced, guest-focused luxury hospitality setting

·        Requires standing for extended periods

·        Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
