Reports To: Head Wellness Therapist; in their absence, to the Assistant Wellness Manager and then to the Wellness & Recreation Manager.

Job Profile:

Ararat – The Signature Collection is seeking passionate and skilled Wellness Therapists to join our luxury wellness team at Ararat Grand Residences.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional spa and wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic well-being. You will play a key part in creating a world-class spa experience within a prestigious hospitality environment.

Job Description:

·        Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies

·        Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and personalized wellness programs

·        Maintain a calm, serene, and hygienic spa environment at all times

·        Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and fully stocked

·        Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and personalized approach

·        Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products

·        Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Person Specification:

·        Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field

·        Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center is an advantage

·        Fluent in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor

·        Passion for wellness, relaxation, and holistic therapies

Work Environment:

·        Fast-paced, guest-focused luxury hospitality setting

·        Requires standing for extended periods

·        Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
