Job OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Clerk will be primarily responsible for the financial, administrative, and clerical support related to incoming payments for the company. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage and process customer invoices, ensure timely collection of payments, reconcile accounts, and record the company's incoming revenue. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s cash flow management.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities &amp; Duties·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage and monitor all accounts receivable functions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Issue accurate invoices in a timely manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain effective communication with clients.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure billing accuracy.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li></ul>&nbsp;Personal Characteristics<ul><li>Very good organisational and communication skills with high level of responsibility, initiative and judgement.</li><li>Pleasant and friendly personality, fair, honest reliable and polite.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Have a high-level attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration package&nbsp;Attractive remuneration package according to skills and experience&nbsp;Applications to hra@straphael.com&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strictly confidence.
