Are you the kind of person who remembers names, keeps things running smoothly and brings a sense of calm to a busy day?&nbsp;At YouDream TECH HUB we are looking for someone special to be the friendly, reliable presence at our front desk, someone who values routine, creating order and loves making people feel at home.&nbsp;If you enjoy being the go-to person others can count on, this could be the perfect place for you.&nbsp;Your Day-tο-Day will include:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Greeting visitors and staff with genuine warmth and professionalism.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Answering phones and emails with care and clarity·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeping the reception and communal areas clean, inviting, and well-stocked.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Scheduling meetings and appointments and supporting daily office routines.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinating office supplies and occasional events.&nbsp;You're Someone Who:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Loves structure and is reliable.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Notices the little things and enjoys keeping spaces tidy and systems in place.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is friendly, patient &nbsp;and naturally thoughtful with others.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Has strong communication and organizational skills.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Is fluent in English – spoken and written·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Has basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, calendars) and a willingness to learn.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in a reception post is appreciated.&nbsp;To apply, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@you-dream.com">hr@you-dream.com</a>.&nbsp;Location: Limassol, on-site Job Type: Part-Time&nbsp;&nbsp;
