Work Channel Recruitment is looking for a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our team!As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of our growing agency, supporting end-to-end recruitment operations and collaborating closely with clients and candidates. Up to 2 paid trainings per year in HR, recruitment, or related topics to support your development</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job briefing and advertising to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored hiring solutions</li><li>Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit</li><li>Write and post compelling job ads and use multiple sourcing strategies to attract top talent</li><li>Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates</li><li>Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system</li><li>Support recruitment-related admin tasks and assist with day-to-day operations</li><li>Stay updated with trends in recruitment and HR to continuously improve your skills and strategies</li><li>Sourcing candidates through Linkedin Recruiter platform</li><li>Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms to ensure a strong talent pipeline</li><li>Contribute content and creative ideas for our social media calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) including recruitment trends, job market insights, and tips for candidates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>You have a genuine passion for recruitment and human resources</li><li>You're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn</li><li>You enjoy working closely with clients and candidates, offering high-touch, personalized support</li><li>You thrive in a small team environment where your voice is heard</li><li>Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a strong plus, but not required – we value the right mindset and attitude &nbsp;</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested, click <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://work-channel.com/job_positions/recruitment-consultant-in-limassol-hybrid/">HERE</a>&nbsp;Note: Thank you for considering this opportunity and for taking the time to apply.
