At&nbsp;FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.&nbsp;Αs an HR Business Partner, you'll join our team and play a key role in optimizing HR processes, driving data-driven insights, and supporting our employees through every stage of their journey, all while contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace culture&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and enhance HR processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals</li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data management and governance protocols</li><li>Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis</li><li>Develop and manage the performance review process&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular reviews and updates to internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance</li><li>Track and report on metrics related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and other key HR areas</li><li>Manage the onboarding &amp; off-boarding processes and assist in reducing the turnover of departing employees through data gathering from all leavers</li><li>Analyze, review, and manage employee benefits plans to ensure competitive and comprehensive offerings</li><li>Participate in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities</li><li>Assist the Head of HR in managing the employee grading process, ensuring fairness and consistency</li><li>Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution</li><li>Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective people management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field</li><li>Minimum of three years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement, data analysis, and metrics tracking</li><li>Excellent communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities</li><li>Strong tolerance of ambiguity and changes</li><li>Detail-oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Knowledge of immigration policies and laws, and a great understanding of HR practices and procedures. &nbsp;If you feel that this is the job for you, please follow <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://fxpro.bamboohr.com/careers/523?source=aWQ9MTI%3D">this link</a> to apply directly!</li></ul>
