The Marketing Officer will support and implement the marketing and communications strategy of The International School of Paphos, working closely with the Admissions &amp; Marketing Manager of Globeducate Cyprus. The role involves both day-to-day marketing operations and active participation in the strategic planning and execution of broader marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic position, ideal for a proactive and creative professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design, implement, and monitor the school’s annual Marketing Plan in alignment with the overarching Globeducate Cyprus strategy.2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the development of campaigns that promote the school’s values, achievements, educational offering, and student recruitment efforts.3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop high-quality, engaging marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, articles, newsletters, press releases, and digital/print collateral.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Create and maintain up-to-date and compelling website content, guides, prospectuses, and school publications.5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Generate creative, data-informed ideas to enhance brand awareness and support student recruitment.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Research trends, analyse competitor activity, and implement innovative marketing tools and tactics.7.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organise and coordinate internal and external events, such as Open Days, campus tours, fairs, exhibitions, and corporate visits.8.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with advertising agencies and other suppliers.9.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with the Admissions team to manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM system.10.&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in tracking campaign performance, preparing forecasting reports, and supporting budget planning.&nbsp;Candidate ProfileQualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years’ relevant marketing experience; experience in the education sector is considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
