The ideal candidate should be experienced in pool systems, team leadership, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality across all aquatic facilities.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Under the guidance of the Chief Engineer to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pool maintenance technicians</li><li>Perform and oversee routine maintenance on pool systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders</li><li>Ensure water quality through accurate chemical testing and adjustment</li><li>Maintain compliance with all local health and safety regulations</li><li>Schedule and manage repairs, equipment servicing, and supply inventory</li><li>Train new staff and ensure ongoing adherence to operational procedures</li><li>Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot technical issues</li><li>Ensure optimal pool conditions and service</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in pool maintenance, including knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical systems</li><li>Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred</li><li>Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Availability for on-call duties, weekends, and emergency situations</li></ul>A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate including 13th and 14th salary, health insurance options, meals, internal company special offers, permanent employment with career growth opportunities, provident fund after the completion of the probation period, secured staff parking (underground) and other benefits.&nbsp;Please send your CV notifying the position you are applying for, for the attention of:&nbsp;Thekla KasapiHuman Resources ManagerAphrodite Hills HotelTel: 26-829700, Fax: 26-829602E-mail: <a href="mailto:t.kasapi@aphroditehills.com">t.kasapi@aphroditehills.com</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
