Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Providing general administrative support to the corporate team. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and submit changes with the Registrar of Companies (directors, shareholders, registered office, share capital, etc.). ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Draft, review, and prepare resolutions, powers of attorney, annual returns, minutes of meetings, and other company secretarial documents. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain and update statutory records, company registers, and internal databases in line with Cyprus company law. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate with local and international banks regarding account openings, KYC requests, signatory updates, and general correspondence. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate with governmental bodies, including the Registrar of Companies, Tax Department, and other authorities as required. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in collecting and verifying KYC documents, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory frameworks. ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist management and colleagues’ office administration tasks: ●&nbsp;&nbsp;Handling incoming and outgoing mail ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing schedules, calendars, and meeting arrangements ●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed ●&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinating events, and travel arrangements &nbsp;Candidate Requirements●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of English and Greek (both written and verbal).
