The successful candidate will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and provide outstanding guest experiences.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Serves food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with service standards.</li><li>Sets and prepares tables based on the type of event.</li><li>Has full knowledge of the menu and responds to guest inquiries.</li><li>Accurately records orders in the MICROS system.</li><li>Checks the cleanliness and presentation of all tableware before use.</li><li>Keeps work areas and assigned sections clean and organized.</li><li>Ensures proper course service and clears tables between courses.</li><li>Performs opening/closing duties such as restocking supplies and turning off lights.</li><li>Presents the bill and handles payments accurately.</li><li>Follows hygiene and safety procedures and promptly reports any risks or issues.</li><li>Maintains a clean and professional appearance and uniform.</li><li>Protects confidential information and company assets.</li><li>Collaborates with and supports the team respectfully and professionally.</li><li>Communicates clearly and politely with guests and colleagues, in person and by phone.</li><li>Carries out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li><li>Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; Hotel &amp; Catering Diploma is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or hospitality role.</li><li>Excellent command of English language.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of §&nbsp; of&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/property-management-system.html">Hotel software</a>&nbsp;/&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://setupmyhotel.com/homepage/hotel-management-glossary/property-management-system.html">PMS</a>&nbsp;or Sales systems is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain food handler certification.</li><li>Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Growth opportunities within a globally renowned hospitality brand</li><li>On-the-job training and development</li><li>Accommodation provided and daily meals during shifts</li></ul>Ready to join us?Send your CV to <a href="mailto:recruitments@parklanecyprus.com">supervisor@nammoslimassol.cy</a> and become a part of the Nammos experience!
