In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure accurate, timely payroll execution and help keep daily HR operations running smoothly.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Administer and process monthly payroll for&nbsp;more than&nbsp;200 employees in accordance with local Cypriot labor and tax laws.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete mandatory registrations and declarations with authorities (e.g. ERGANI) on a timely basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely submission and payment of social insurance, income tax, and other statutory deductions.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee time and attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy of records, timely approvals, and proper integration with payroll.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain payroll records and employee data in the HR/payroll systems ensuring fully compliance with GDPR requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and submit annual declarations and reports (e.g., IR7, IR63, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Provides support to employees by responding to queries and resolving issues in HR related matters including leaves, payroll, employment conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation for new hires.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees (e.g., collecting documentation, scheduling orientation, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Administer leave management systems, ensuring correct tracking of annual, sick, and other types of leave.&nbsp;</li><li>Support employee offboarding processes, including termination letters and final settlements.&nbsp;</li><li>Support general HR administration and ad hoc projects as required.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What Makes You a Great Fit:We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (4+ years preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cypriot employment law, payroll systems, and social insurance regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with payroll/HR software is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational, numerical and analytical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Why We’re a Great Place to Work:&nbsp;At Unicars, people come first.
