Personal Assistant &nbsp;- Ref. (5896/OA/ESS/CY) Location:&nbsp;Larnaca, Cyprus Role overview: The successful candidate will be a proactive and organized Administrative Support professional responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. They will support management and other employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.</li><li>Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.</li><li>Support the department with reporting and information management.</li><li>Assist in tracking progress and deadlines.</li><li>Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.</li><li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong team player mentality.​​​​​​​</li></ul>Interested candidates should apply <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17447120401490037257GgX?source=Ergodotisi">here</a>
