About the Role&nbsp; We seek a Junior Affiliate Operations Assistant to join our growing marketing and affiliate team.&nbsp; This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a career in affiliate marketing and online operations.&nbsp; The successful candidate will support daily affiliate operations, including link management, performance monitoring, reporting, and basic website updates. Full training will be provided.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities&nbsp; ● Create, update, and verify affiliate tracking links.&nbsp; ● Assist in monitoring campaign performance and ensuring data accuracy.&nbsp; ● Prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic, conversions, and FTDs.&nbsp; ● Support site management tasks, including CMS updates and quality checks.&nbsp; ● Collaborate with the marketing team to improve tracking and reporting processes.&nbsp; Requirements&nbsp; ● Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, tables, data entry).&nbsp; ● Basic knowledge of CMS (e.g., WordPress).&nbsp; ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&nbsp; ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.&nbsp; ● Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.&nbsp; Preferred Qualifications&nbsp; Previous experience in administrative or reporting roles.&nbsp; Familiarity with affiliate platforms &nbsp; Interest in digital marketing and affiliate management.&nbsp; What We Offer&nbsp; Competitive salary.&nbsp; Structured training on affiliate tools and reporting systems.&nbsp; Clear career progression within affiliate and performance marketing.&nbsp; Professional and collaborative work environment.
