This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional&nbsp;to&nbsp;build a career in regulatory consultancy and financial services compliance. You will work alongside experienced consultants&nbsp;to&nbsp;assist clients with authorisation/registration processes, compliance frameworks, internal audits, and the preparation of manuals, policies, and procedures. The role also involves conducting in-depth regulatory research and preparing client-facing reports.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients in preparing and submitting&nbsp;licence and registration applications&nbsp;for entities such as Crypto&nbsp;Asset Service Providers, Investment Firms, Funds, Fund Managers, Payment and Electronic Money Institutions.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of&nbsp;compliance frameworks, including AML/CFT and regulatory monitoring programs.</li><li>Participate in&nbsp;internal audit assignments, including reviewing policies, procedures, and operational controls.</li><li>Draft, review, and maintain&nbsp;compliance manuals, operational procedures, and policy documents&nbsp;tailored&nbsp;to&nbsp;client requirements.</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;jurisdiction-specific regulatory research&nbsp;and prepare concise reports and updates for clients and internal use.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence with clients and regulators.</li><li>Collaborate closely with senior team members and relevant stakeholders&nbsp;to&nbsp;deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations.</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training and industry updates.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in&nbsp;Law, Business, Finance, Economics,&nbsp;Mathematics&nbsp;or related field.</li><li>Demonstrated interest in&nbsp;financial services regulation, compliance, and risk management.</li><li>Excellent research, analytical, and organisational skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Attention&nbsp;to&nbsp;detail, strong time management skills, and willingness&nbsp;to&nbsp;learn.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure&nbsp;to&nbsp;international financial services regulation&nbsp;in multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Training and mentoring from senior industry professionals.</li><li>Opportunity&nbsp;to&nbsp;work on high-impact projects in&nbsp;licensing, compliance, and internal audit.</li><li>Professional development and career growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Competitive remuneration package.</li></ul>How&nbsp;to&nbsp;Apply Interested candidates should send their&nbsp;CV&nbsp;at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@grc.partners">hr@grc.partners</a>,&nbsp;quoting&nbsp;“Junior Consultant – Advisory Department”&nbsp;in the subject line.
