Fair. Human.&nbsp;values are consistently experienced across both the employee and candidate journey&nbsp;</li><li>Design and scale our Employee Advocacy program, empowering our people to become authentic storytellers and brand ambassadors</li></ul>&nbsp;</li><li>Content engagement &amp; Storytelling:<ul><li>Produce compelling content that highlights the personal and professional&nbsp;journeys&nbsp;of our people,&nbsp;highlighting&nbsp;growth, achievements and&nbsp;the unique&nbsp;‘Life at XM’&nbsp;experience</li><li>Ensure all talent attraction and employer branding campaigns maintain a consistent, world-class brand standard across internal and external channels&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;</li><li>Events &amp; Brand Experience:<ul><li>Drive end-to-end employer branding initiatives for global career fairs and university events, including coordination of booth concepts and branded materials to delivering an engaging XM brand experience</li><li>Support internal employer brand moments, such as employee campaigns, initiatives, and key company events, to strengthen engagement and pride in the XM brand&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;</li><li>Digital Presence and Channels Management:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage,&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;and optimise&nbsp;XM’s&nbsp;presence across key EB platforms and our Careers site,&nbsp;ensuring a best-in-class digital candidate experience</li><li>Manage and respond to platform reviews, converting candidate feedback into actionable business insights</li><li>Execute targeted online campaigns, using paid social and digital advertising to reach high-priority talent pools and drive high-quality applications&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;<ul><li>Analysis &amp; Continuous Improvement:<ul><li>Turn&nbsp;engagement metrics and&nbsp;employee/candidate&nbsp;feedback into tangible solutions that drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI across all branding initiatives</li><li>Benchmark global market trends and emerging technologies to consistently evolve and strengthen the XM employer brand</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;Main Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
