WE ARE HIRING – PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER &nbsp;COMPANY DESCRIPTION: AFRICANOS PROPERTY DEVELOPERS is looking to recruit a detail-oriented and financially savvy professional to join our office in Larnaca as a Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a willingness to learn.&nbsp;JOB DUTIES:<ul><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and manage accounts.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and support timely collection of outstanding balances.</li><li>Assist with reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.</li><li>Support preparation of financial reports including balance sheets and P&amp;L statements.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.</li><li>Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial data.</li><li>Prepare emails, letters, application forms, and contracts as needed.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the Management team.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>LCCI Higher and/or College/University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting role (part-time experience also considered).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Euro soft, Stock Control).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written).</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.</li><li>High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Willingness to be trained and adapt to company procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul>&nbsp;PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:<ul><li>Highly organized, professional, polite, and responsible.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.</li><li>Integrity, honesty, and professionalism.</li></ul>&nbsp;REMUNERATION: A competitive part-time remuneration package will be offered according to qualifications and experience.&nbsp;APPLICATION: Interested applicants should email their CV to<a href="mailto:info@africanosproperties.com"> info@africanosproperties.com</a> quoting “Position of Bookkeeper” in the subject line.
