The role is perfect for a professional with strong knowledge of accounting processes, VAT and financial reporting, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and development environment.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee daily accounting operations</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT reports and other statutory filings</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations</li><li>Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes</li><li>Reconcile supplier, client, and bank accounts</li><li>Prepare payment statements and statements of account</li><li>Ensure compliance with Cyprus accounting, tax, and financial regulations</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, auditors, banks, and external partners</li><li>Support payroll-related accounting processes and documentation</li><li>Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls</li><li>Maintain organized financial and accounting documentation</li><li>Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in construction, development, or a related industry</li><li>Strong understanding of VAT, reconciliations, and statutory reporting</li><li>Knowledge of Cyprus accounting and tax regulations</li><li>Experience communicating with government authorities and external auditors</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>English and Greek are mandatory</li><li>Russian will be considered an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications</li><li>Professional international working environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on large-scale construction and development projects</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities</li><li>21 days of paid annual leave</li><li>40 working hours of paid sick leave per year</li><li>Public holidays according to the Cyprus Public Holiday calendar</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:Interested candidates are requested to send their CV quoting the above job title to the following email address: hr_cyprus@inex-group.com &nbsp;All applications will be treated in strict confidence and in compliance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
