In this role, you will provide first-line IT support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company’s IT systems and services. You will support employees with&nbsp;hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and telephony&nbsp;while playing a key role in onboarding and offboarding processes.&nbsp;The successful candidate will handle&nbsp;daily IT support requests,&nbsp;troubleshoot technical issues,&nbsp;maintain IT assets, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors&nbsp;to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.&nbsp;This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving, working in a collaborative environment, and continuously developing their technical skills.&nbsp;What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Provide first-line helpdesk support to employees for hardware, software, email, telephony, and general IT-related issues</li><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account creation/removal, device setup, access permissions, and IT inductions</li><li>Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment</li><li>Support and administer Microsoft 365 services</li><li>Handle daily IT support requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation where necessary</li><li>Maintain accurate records of IT assets</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers</li><li>Additional tasks as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role</li></ul>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills:<ul><li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration</li><li>Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems</li><li>Good understanding of networking principles</li><li>Good understanding of telephony systems</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good communication skills in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Why join IronFX?&nbsp;At IronFX, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
