As part of its ongoing commitment to service excellence, Kapnos Airport Shuttle is enhancing its Customer Service Department at its Nicosia Station.We aim to develop a committed team of professionals that will support the company’s operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.&nbsp;Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Work closely with the Company’s other stations to ensure timely departure of routes</li><li>Offer guidance and information about route options and schedules to passengers.</li><li>Selling and inspecting tickets</li><li>Passenger boarding and off boarding</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Energetic and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Team spirit and cooperative attitude</li><li>Professionalism and reliability</li><li>Excellent planning and organizational skills</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>40 hours per week</li><li>Pre-planned shift scheduled (shifts 10:00 - 18:00 &amp; 16:00 - 00:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 16:00 &amp; 16:00 - 00:00 on weekends)</li><li>Two days off per week</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>21 days of paid annual leave</li><li>Shift allowance</li><li>public holidays compensation on the basis of 1:1,5</li><li>Christmas bonus</li></ul>ApplicationsInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV to the Human Resources Department, indicating the job title they are applying for, at the following email address: <a href="mailto:hr@kapnosairportshuttle.com">hr@kapnosairportshuttle.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.&nbsp;
