The position assists in maintaining servers, networks, security systems, databases, and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.The role includes helping to apply IT policies and procedures, supporting continuous improvements, and ensuring alignment with security and operational best practices. The Junior IT Systems Administrator will assist in monitoring network and security infrastructure, applying updates and improvements under guidance, and supporting basic security checks and testing activities to help strengthen protocols and controls.The individual will be trained on the ERP system and will provide first-line support to end users as required.
