If you enjoy bridging business needs with practical solutions and want to make a meaningful contribution while growing your career, we would love to hear from you.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and stay informed on new features, enhancements, and business priorities.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clearly define business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user-focused documentation, and actionable deliverables.</li><li>Provide timely and professional support on business analysis-related queries and project needs.</li><li>Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the planning, development, testing, and implementation stages of projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation while supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of business applications and proactively recommend practical improvements that add value.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT-related role will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>Strong ability to create clear and structured requirements documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.</li><li>Confidence in translating business needs into functional requirements for Engineering and QA teams while managing priorities effectively.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and coordinating approvals.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li><li>Ability to turn complex data and business information into clear, practical insights.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries.</li><li>Professional certifications will be considered an asset.</li><li>Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within a software development environment will be considered a strong advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of DevOps platform or similar (Jira) will be considered a strong point.</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer:<ul><li>Good remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply please send your CV to the following email address: <a href="mailto:careers@gnosisnet.com">careers@gnosisnet.com</a>&nbsp;
