The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Linux systems, automation, and modern cloud-native and hybrid technologies. This role requires a proactive approach to reliability, observability, and infrastructure management to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient systems.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.</li><li>Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and integration processes.</li><li>Optimize system monitoring, alerting &nbsp;and observability tools to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.</li><li>Maintain and enhance GitOps workflows for improved infrastructure management.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex system issues related to Linux, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and networking.</li><li>Implement security best practices to our infrastructure, ensuring compliance and data protection.</li><li>Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and security teams to enhance infrastructure design.</li><li>Drive system performance optimization and cost efficiency.</li><li>Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, fostering a culture of operational excellence.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Strong Linux knowledge (administration, performance tuning, security).</li><li>Strong Bash scripting for automation and system management.</li><li>Knowledge of at least one dynamic programming language (such as Python and Ruby) for automation and system orchestration.</li><li>Deep Kubernetes expertise, including cluster management and troubleshooting.</li><li>Cloud environment proficiency, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.).</li><li>CI/CD pipeline creation and management, using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab / Bitbucket CI/CD.</li><li>Git &amp; GitOps methodologies for infrastructure and application deployments.</li><li>Monitoring, alerting and observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills Considered as Plus:<ul><li>Configuration management automation (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Saltstack).</li><li>PowerShell scripting for cross-platform automation.</li><li>Databases &amp; data store knowledge, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).</li><li>Networking fundamentals including load balancing and DNS management.</li><li>Incident management and post-mortem analysis experience.</li><li>Security best practices.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Private health insurance plan fully sponsored by the company from day one</li><li>21 days of Annual Leave (reaching up to 30 days)</li><li>Birthday leave</li><li>Happy hour with drinks and snacks every Friday</li><li>Employee Training plans</li><li>Benefits card with exclusive discounts to shops, restaurants, private school etc</li><li>Sports Benefit participation scheme ( Platinum Package)</li><li>Employee Referral bonus</li><li>Internal cafeteria with barista, unlimited snacks, fruits, coffee</li><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Employee wellness application (mental, financial, nutritional)</li><li>Gaming Corner</li></ul>&nbsp;Apply at:<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=F7044C33-424A-4AE9-A9FF-410CE0637EC5&amp;v=2025/000066">https://onlinerecruitment.exelsyslive.com/?c=F7044C33-424A-4AE9-A9FF-410CE0637EC5&amp;v=2025/000066</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;**Please note that our company works with recruitment agencies on a pre-approved basis only.
