IT Governance Officer&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Role:&nbsp;&nbsp;We are looking for&nbsp;a&nbsp;passionate&nbsp;and&nbsp;experienced IT Governance Officer to join our&nbsp;fast-growing&nbsp;team! The successful candidate&nbsp;will&nbsp;join a team that&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;collaborating with&nbsp;our&nbsp;main IT stakeholders&nbsp;to&nbsp;define, own, and set into operation a formal IT governance framework, as well as&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;its application and maintenance according to our evolving needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Help in the establishment of an IT Governance framework which will inform and align decision-making for Information Technology project planning, policies, and IT operations, with enterprise strategic business objectives&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and&nbsp;establish&nbsp;appropriate IT&nbsp;Governance policies, procedures, and consistent practices across the whole IT organisation&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure necessary awareness and&nbsp;monitors&nbsp;the effective implementation of all IT policies and procedures within IT&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate the governance activities, policies and decisions to IT Management and Business Leadership and keeps them informed of any IT Governance decisions that will affect IT services and projects&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Establish&nbsp;solid IT Service Management (ITSM) practices &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain up-to-date and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;records of incident and problem resolution activities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track&nbsp;configuration items/assets in conjunction with application and infrastructure teams and makes sure that an adequate level of technical documentation is maintained&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track change requests and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;these are correctly administered, documented,&nbsp;maintained, and coordinated in&nbsp;a timely&nbsp;fashion&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Run and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a Change calendar, keeps Production informed of the forward schedule of work and manages the release of changes to the Production environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Set&nbsp;the standards for the development and maintenance of an asset database/CMDB, as well as the practices and controls needed to keep it up to date by application and infrastructure teams&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with all IT teams to help formalise their processes, as well as processes level KPIs and formally documents and&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;these principles in the form of the Trading Point IT Governance manual&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Help, define, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;process level KPIs and SLAs and provides key metrics on process performance and SLA adherence across the whole IT organisation &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the development, proliferation and adherence of Enterprise Architecture standards, policies and guidelines as cascaded from the Enterprise Architecture team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support the development, proliferation and adherence of Enterprise Data Governance standards, policies and guidelines as cascaded from the Enterprise Data Governance team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support business relationship management initiatives and practises, to help strengthen the relationship between business and IT&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Main requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc/MSc in computer science, information technology, engineering, or in a related field&nbsp;</li><li>4+ years’&nbsp;experience in a similar position&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of and experience in the following:&nbsp;</li><li>Analysing, documenting, and re-engineering complex business processes&nbsp;</li><li>Designing and developing workflows for IT processes using relevant tools (e.g., JIRA)&nbsp;</li><li>Identifying,&nbsp;establishing, and managing process level KPIs, Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs)&nbsp;and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)&nbsp;</li><li>IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL);
