We’re on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef who brings creativity and leadership to the kitchen across all shifts! &nbsp;&nbsp;Exciting things are happening as part of the&nbsp;All &amp; More Hotels and Resorts&nbsp;family, AYA Resort is expanding its team – and we want YOU to be part of it for Summer 2026!&nbsp;Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade across the outlets ensuring high culinary standards and consistency.</li><li>Design and execute creative, guest-focused menus while conducting regular taste checks and overseeing food production to ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation in line with hotel standards.</li><li>Manage recipe costing, food budgets, and inventory in coordination with the F&amp;B Management and procurement team.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP standards) by implementing cleanliness protocols, inspecting staff practices, and overseeing proper food storage and handling in line with health regulations.</li><li>Recruit, supervise, train, and motivate a diverse culinary team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the F&amp;B Department and the Hotel Management to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.</li><li>Communicate clearly with staff and management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior role within a 5-star hotel or resort setting.</li><li>Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent leadership skills.</li><li>Experienced in supervising, training, and motivating kitchen staff.</li><li>Strong command of diverse cooking techniques and professional kitchen equipment.</li><li>Solid knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and kitchen financials.</li><li>Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li><li>Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP.</li><li>Applicants&nbsp;must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>Company Accommodation or Accommodation Allowance subject to availability.</li><li>Paid annual leave.</li><li>13th Salary.</li><li>Meals during shifts.</li><li>Uniform provided.</li><li>Friendly, supportive team environment.</li><li>Training and career development.</li></ul>If you have a passion for delivering amazing guest experiences, we’d love to meet you!&nbsp;&nbsp;The salary range is in Gross Euro.
