With live betting on the most popular sports and special bets on major events, we are constantly evolving.&nbsp;The RoleWe are looking for a Customer &amp; Payments Officer to&nbsp;support both online and retail operations. In this role, you will assist customers, manage payment processes, handle KYC procedures, and help ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide customer support via live chat, email, phone, and internal systems (online &amp; retail)</li><li>Handle customer inquiries related to betting, accounts, and transactions</li><li>Process, verify, and troubleshoot customer payments and transactions, ensuring secure and accurate handling of financial operations</li><li>Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolutions of technical issues for customers and retail agents</li><li>Perform client onboarding, verify customer documentation, conduct KYC documentation and maintain accurate CRM records</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Compliance) to resolve customer issues and escalate cases where necessary</li><li>Prepare reports and support daily operational tasks</li><li>Support betting risk management activities</li><li>Assist in content management tasks, including updates and maintenance of platform content</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Who We Are Looking For<ul><li>Holder of a BSc degree</li><li>Prior relevant experience will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work in shifts (This role operates on a shift basis 5 days per week, covering hours between 08:00 and 00:00, including weekends and public holidays)</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal)</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>Hybrid workplace model</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Up to 75% tuition fee subsidy for studies at European University Cyprus for you and/or your children</li><li>21 days Annual Leave (reaching up to 25 days based on years of service)</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Paid Maternity/Paternity leave</li><li>Gifts on special occasions (e.g. weddings, newborns)</li><li>Continuous professional development</li></ul>
