The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest experiences, coordinating operational activities, and maintaining high service standards throughout the property.Main Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing guest check-ins and check-outs</li><li>Handling reservations and booking platforms</li><li>Communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay</li><li>Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities</li><li>Monitoring apartment readiness and quality standards</li><li>Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly</li><li>Assisting with daily operational and administrative tasks</li><li>Handling telephone calls, emails, and online messages</li><li>Supporting management in the efficient operation of the property</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li><li>Good computer skills (email, booking systems, Microsoft Office)</li><li>Fluent English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)</li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or administration will be considered an advantage</li><li>Valid driving licence will be considered an advantage</li></ul>
