Options). &nbsp;Founded in 2014, the&nbsp;Tickmill&nbsp;Group employs over 330 professionals across offices in London, Cyprus, Poland, Estonia, Seychelles and several other locations worldwide. &nbsp;Our culture is built on trust, transparency, and high standards.  We bring together ambitious professionals who are looking for an environment that supports them to dominate in their fields.  &nbsp;Our diverse, multilingual teams are focused on innovation, delivering bold excellence, and raising the bar wherever we can. &nbsp;We offer competitive benefits packages, frequent team initiatives, and opportunities for professional growth.  Join the Tigers!&nbsp;What does the role look like?<ul><li>Translate complex user needs and business goals into clear, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile applications.</li><li>Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs that support seamless and engaging experiences.</li><li>Build and iterate on interactive prototypes to test and communicate design ideas effectively.</li><li>Create and maintain consistent design systems and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and coherence across products.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.</li><li>Provide design leadership across product initiatives, helping define UX strategy and ensuring a consistent user experience across the product portfolio.</li><li>Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional discussions to align teams and drive decision-making.</li><li>Mentor and support team members, promoting design best practices, providing constructive feedback and helping raise the overall quality of design within the team.</li><li>Lead and participate in user research, competitor analysis to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and inform design strategies.</li><li>Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing to evaluate and refine your designs post-launch.</li><li>Present your work clearly and explain the rationale behind design decisions.</li><li>Balance multiple initiatives while managing timelines, feedback loops, and evolving priorities.</li><li>Stay current with industry best practices in UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design</li><li>Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;What do you need to succeed in this role?<ul><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively in English.</li><li>Proven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable business outcomes.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, with experience leading complex design initiatives.</li><li>Strong experience in:<ul><li>Creating and analyzing user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.</li><li>Building user flows, translating requirements into design solutions, and working closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to improve product experiences.</li></ul></li><li>Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred; experience with other design tools is a plus).</li><li>Solid front-end development experience with the ability to prototype, validate and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.</li><li>Previous experience designing and delivering mobile-first and responsive web experiences.</li><li>Strong interest in AI-powered product development and experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, and design workflows.</li><li>Ability to help establish and drive AI-enabled design practices within the Product Design team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and innovation through AI.</li><li>Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.</li><li>Ability to mentor other designers and contribute to the growth of design processes, standards, and culture. &nbsp;</li></ul> By joining us, you can expect:   &nbsp;<ul><li>A Unique Opportunity for a career in a global, fast-growing company. </li><li>Attractive&nbsp;remuneration&nbsp;package&nbsp;based on qualifications and experience (including 13th salary and Discretionary Bonuses to reward exceptional performance).&nbsp;
