Working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers, designers, developers and other cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the discovery, development and continuous improvement of product features and user journeys. Your analytical mindset, curiosity and problem-solving skills will help identify opportunities to enhance user experience, engagement and business outcomes.This role is well-suited for someone with a technical background who is eager to expand their product management and business analysis skills. You will work with product data, user feedback and business requirements to support decision-making, prioritize initiatives and ensure successful product delivery. A willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a product-focused environment is essential.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support Product Owners, Product Managers and cross-functional teams in defining product initiatives, business requirements and improvement opportunities across customer-facing platforms and internal systems.</li><li>Use analytics and data-driven insights to support product decisions, identify optimization opportunities and measure the impact of product enhancements.</li><li>Analyse key product metrics related to user engagement, adoption, retention, conversion, operational efficiency and overall product performance.</li><li>Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements and roadmap execution.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.</li><li>Support backlog management by helping to refine, prioritize and document product initiatives, enhancements and technical improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with product, project and delivery teams to ensure product requirements and clearly understood and implemented effectively.</li><li>Create detailed process maps, workflows and business analyses to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for automation and optimization.</li><li>Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, testing activities and product validation processes.</li><li>Assist in monitoring product performance after releases and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.</li><li>Continuously build product, business and domain knowledge, demonstrating a willingness to learn new technologies, tools and product management practices.</li><li>Support knowledge sharing and internal training initiatives by documenting processes, systems and best practices for stakeholders and team members.</li></ul>&nbsp;What do you need to succeed in this role?<ul><li>Eager to learn and expand product management and business analysis skills.</li><li>Outstanding communication, presentation skills.</li><li>Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team spirit, organizational skills and good communication abilities.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and oral.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle. (optional)</li><li>Knowledge of Agile software product development. (optional)</li><li>2 years experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in Product Development.
