Responsibilities :<ul><li>Organizing office procedures - technicians coordination</li><li>Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, replying to correspondence</li><li>Collecting payments and assisting with accounts if required</li><li>Providing technical support if necessary (over the phone or via texts)</li><li>Coordinating and managing appointments</li><li>Stock control ( receiving packages, maintaining records of stock levels)</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS :<ul><li>A relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field</li><li>2 or 3 years experience in office administration</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English</li><li>Proficient in a variety of computer software applications</li><li>Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks</li></ul>&nbsp;
