Back Office Support

Back Office SupervisorOur client, a service company providing services to an FX start-up, is currently seeking a Back Office Supervisor to join its growing team. The Back Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing global account opening, funding operations, and back-office activities, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise the global account opening and funding team, including quality control of trading account openings, funding processes, and customer service activities</li><li>Continuously analyze departmental activity, payment systems performance, suspicious activity, and adherence to KYC and AML procedures</li><li>Implement operational protocols, productivity standards, quality controls, and customer service standards; conduct audits and support team managers in daily inquiries and issues</li><li>Liaise with senior management to support decision-making for back-office operations and the setting of strategic goals</li><li>Review and/or formulate internal policies and ensure their effective implementation within the department</li><li>Oversee the procedures for customer account establishment, maintenance, and closure</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve operational issues</li><li>Monitor and approve workflows, enhance internal systems, and propose more efficient operational procedures</li><li>Assist in training relevant staff to ensure ongoing competence in line with CySEC, FCA, ASIC, and FSCA regulations</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on funding activity and provide recommendations for improvements to senior management</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in Business Administration or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>CySEC Advanced qualification will be considered an advantage</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek languages</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Advanced Excel skills will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High attention to detail and a target-oriented mindset</li><li>Demonstrated willingness to contribute to business growth</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Private health insurance</li><li>21 days annual leave &amp; 5 days sick leave</li><li>Learning &amp; certification budget</li><li>Employee recognition rewards</li><li>Quarterly team events</li><li>Team coffee and snacks</li></ul>To apply follow this link: <a href="https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/e1e3e8c0-19c4-4de8-ab5f-e123a034fa7d">https://lscareerstudio.careers-page.com/jobs/e1e3e8c0-19c4-4de8-ab5f-e123a034fa7d</a>
