Account Opening AdministratorOur client, a service company providing services to an FX start up, is currently seeking an Account Opening Administrator to join its growing team.&nbsp;Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process account opening for registered clients in accordance with KYC (Know Your Client) procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process KYC verification for potential and existing clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform AML (Anti-Money Laundering) scoring for existing clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carry out PEP (Politically Exposed Person) verifications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Process corporate (business) account applications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle joint account verification and processing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Verify provided information and documentation through World-Check validation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Apply correct account settings in line with Beneficial Owner (BO) and Introducing Broker (IB) standard policies·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Apply updates and changes to accounts based on client instructions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Utilize systems in accordance with training received, ensuring accuracy and avoiding operational errors·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize and file all client-related documentation in a structured and timely manner&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; University/College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies, or a related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High attention to detail and accuracy·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication and interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00).
