Department: Dealing Assistant Employment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Financial Services / Forex / Investment &nbsp;Job Summary&nbsp;We are seeking a motivated and Dealing Assistant&nbsp; to join our team within a regulated Forex and CFD brokerage. This role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in the financial markets, trading operations, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting on risks in accordance with CySEC regulations and internal risk management frameworks. You will work closely with our Senior Dealers to ensure smooth trading operations, manage real-time risk, and maintain full compliance with CySEC and MiFID II frameworks.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor client trading activity and exposure across Forex and CFD products.</li><li>Assist in monitoring margin levels, leverage utilization, stop-outs, and negative balance protection.</li><li>Identify unusual trading patterns and escalate potential risk concerns.</li><li>Support the monitoring of company exposure and hedging positions.</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to CySEC regulations, ensuring best execution policies, market abuse surveillance, and accurate trade reporting</li></ul> &nbsp;&nbsp;Analysis &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk reports.</li><li>Assist in analyzing trading data, client behavior, and exposure trends.</li><li>Support stress testing and scenario analysis exercises.</li><li>Maintain risk dashboards and key risk indicators (KRIs). &nbsp;</li></ul>Operational &amp; Regulatory Risk<ul><li>Assist in identifying operational risks and control weaknesses.</li><li>Support compliance with CySEC, MiFID II, and internal risk management policies.</li><li>Participate in risk assessments and internal control reviews.</li><li>Assist with audit requests and regulatory reporting requirements. &nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications&nbsp;Education<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of CySEC regulations, MiFID II, and other relevant frameworks.</li><li>CySEC Advanced Certificate will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. &nbsp;</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in a risk management or compliance role within a CySEC-regulated entity or work experience in financial services, banking, Forex, compliance, or risk management is a must.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Familiarity with financial markets and Forex trading concepts is a must. &nbsp;</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and develop within the risk management field. &nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary range based on experience and qualifications: €1500-2000 gross per month</li><li>Ongoing comprehensive training and mentorship.</li><li>Exposure to risk management within a regulated Forex environment.</li><li>Career development opportunities.</li><li>A friendly, dynamic and international working environment.</li><li>You will always have the support of the entire team, not only during the probationary period.</li></ul> &nbsp;Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break. &nbsp;No relocation packages offered. &nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality. &nbsp;
