We are looking for Call Centre Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The Call Centre Agent duties&nbsp;include handling&nbsp;inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and recommending products/services that meet customers’ requirements.&nbsp;In essence, they are responsible for ensuring that every customer receives prompt, accurate, and courteous service.&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Salary OTE €20,000 gross per annum</li><li>21 days paid annual leave</li><li>Working 5 days/40 hours a week, with shift patterns up to 10pm. We operate from 09:30am – 10:00pm</li><li>Excellent work/life balance</li><li>Paid overtime and uncapped commission</li><li>Constant training and development</li><li>Great working environment with multi-cultural team</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.</li><li>Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products/services that meet their requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to drive sales and improve customer journey.</li><li>Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Ability to communicate in the English language (written and verbal).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential—we provide full training!</li><li>Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;
