On behalf of our client, a well-established company operating in the building materials and interior finishing industry, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor) to join its team in Larnaca.

The company supplies a wide range of high-quality products to developers, architects, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners across Cyprus. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional looking to join a growing organization with clear long-term career prospects.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and extensive experience within the building materials, construction, or related industry. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth through both showroom (indoor) and field (outdoor) sales activities.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to progress into the Sales Manager position after approximately one year, based on performance and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Generate new business opportunities through both showroom (indoor) and field (outdoor) sales activities
• Visit architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and construction companies to promote the company's product portfolio
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and successfully close sales
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Follow up on enquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Contribute to the future leadership and development of the sales department

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience
• Previous experience within the building materials, construction, ceramics, sanitary ware, flooring, interior finishes, or a similar industry
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
• Highly organized with excellent planning and time management abilities
• Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and progress into a Sales Manager role
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of Greek; English will be considered an advantage
• Valid driving licence

• Basic gross monthly salary of up to €2,200, depending on experience and qualifications
