Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, a prestigious 5-star hotel known for its exceptional hospitality and service, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned floors.
- Organize and oversee the room cleaning process.
- Supervise the cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors.
- Inspect occupied and departure rooms.
- Attend promptly to guest needs and special requests.
- Handle guest requests, including VIP amenities, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Respond professionally to customer complaints and special requests.
- Inspect rooms and public areas (e.g., stairways, lounges) for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Manage the lost and found procedure.
- Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and maintenance procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Floor Supervisor in a hotel environment.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.
