Jewellery Sales Assistant

Customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales, assisting customers with product selection and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and personalised service.
• Assist customers with jewellery selection based on their preferences and needs.
• Provide information about products, designs, materials and care.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide effective after-sales service.
• Process sales, payments and transactions using automated billing systems.
• Maintain clean, organised stores and ensure jewellery displays are attractive and properly arranged.
• Assist with stock and resource management, deliveries and product organisation.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM platforms to maintain customer information and support customer relationships.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Greek or English, Russian is highly preferred.
• Work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
