Summary
ACE Networks, a full-service Information Solution provider, is looking for Customer Support Technicians (IT) to join the Limassol team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive support requests via phone and record them to the ticketing system
- Resolve support requests remotely or on-site in a timely manner with the assistance of the rest of the technical team, if required
- Escalate issues, if unable to resolve issue quickly.
- Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Very good knowledge of computer hardware
- Fluency in English
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant field will be considered an advantage
Soft Skills:
- Polite
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player
- Eager to learn
- Ability to work shifts, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00, including weekends and public holidays.
Work Experience
- No prior work experience required for this position
