We looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next chapter. As Pizza Hut Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the brand, driving growth, and elevating customer experience. You will lead and develop a growing marketing team, while owning the direction and execution of impactful brand strategies.
Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and market presence.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.
Execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
Manage external partnerships (PR, promotions, events) to enhance brand visibility
Oversee brand communication across media channels.
Support product development and oversee new launches.
Handle day-to-day marketing activities including agency briefs, photo-shoots.
Monitor market trends and competitors to guide strategy.
Manage the marketing budget in alignment with the calendar.
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, and distribution that meets market demands.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager, ideally in food, retail, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in another discipline with relevant experience will also be considered.
Strong project management skills, with ability to lead projects both marketing and cross departmental.
Familiarity with latest trends in technology and methodology.
Budget managing and numerical skills / analytical skills to forecast.
Experience and strong creative ability in design and brand development.
Excellent Greek and English language.
Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and e-commerce) able to produce quality report.
