Job Description

Our top-notch team of professionals is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for an experienced PSP Onboarding Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new Payment Service Providers, including application review and due diligence.
• Documentation and Contract Management: Manage the collection and verification of all required documentation, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for PSPs, fostering positive relationships and addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or onboarding-focused role within the financial services industry.
• Experience and knowledge of payment industry regulations, standards, and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with PSPs and an understanding of industry trends and potential challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and contract management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields, will be considered a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
