Assistant Store Manager- Πάφος (Kings Avenue Mall)

 Description

We are looking for a result driven retail Assistant Store Manager to assist in the store’s management. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistance to the store manager to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

 Core Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals to assess training needs.

• Proven successful experience in a supervisory position in the beauty sector.
• Sound knowledge of make-up techniques.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of English in both written and verbal.
