Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, deliveries, and maintenance
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage the company events and happy hours
  • Coordinate employee gift purchases and distributions
  • Manage the employee welfare initiatives for Cyprus and remote teams
  • Manage the employee benefits administration (Lunch, Exercise, Medical, etc.)
  • Support travel arrangements and office visit preparations
  • Assist with finance-related administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the corporate team on ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration, operations, or a similar support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams, suppliers, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and reliability
  • Required Languages: English and Greek
  • On-site - Office in Limassol
