Job Description

We create turnkey offices from the development of a design project to construction works and the supply of custom-made furniture.

The daily tasks will include sales at all stages from the preparation of commercial offers, to the conclusion of a contract, making specifications, and acts of acceptance. You will have to interact with customers, communicate with foreign partners, and establish relationships with local suppliers.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Generating new leads.
• Commercial offers and tender responses preparation.
• Pre-contract and contract work, including drafting of contracts, specifications, and acts of acceptance. Often the documents should be prepared in English.
• Control over the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Contract (tracking the delivery time, payments, handover of consignment notes and originals of other documents).
• Maintaining business relationships with current clients of the company.
• Interaction with partners, contractors, product suppliers.

 

Our perfect candidate:

• Can work in multitasking mode.
• Fluent in 2 from 3 language: English, Greek, Russian.
• Has strong analytical skills, high degree of responsibility, attentiveness to details and ability to work with large amounts of data.
