DOM is a dynamically developing international group of companies with several business lines:

Main responsibilities and duties:
• Legal support for real estate transactions in Cyprus: property appraisals, preparation of purchase and sale and lease agreements, risk management, liaison with government agencies, and registration oversight.
• Opening bank accounts for clients, including collecting necessary documentation and full liaison with banks.
• Registration and subsequent support of Cyprus companies.
• Conducting basic client due diligence (KYC - Know Your Customer).
• Consulting clients on all matters of migration and immigration law in Cyprus.
• Interacting with external legal consultants on corporate law, license renewals, and other matters.

Candidate Requirements:
• Proficiency in Russian and English. Knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
• 1 to 3 years of legal experience in corporate law and Cypriot law.
• Residence in Cyprus.
• Work permit.
